Chad D. Commers
Commercial Real Estate Strategy
StrongPoint Investment Management offers accredited investors an opportunity to invest in the rapidly growing Southwest FL commercial real estate market.
The investments are geared towards opportunities where the team can bring a fresh perspective to mismanaged, misunderstood or otherwise neglected assets with the opportunity for value appreciation through capital improvements, leasing strategy, or redevelopment.
At this time StrongPoint is fully funded, and is not accepting new investors, but is planning for new opportunities in 2023.
As an example, the building shown below is a 55,,000 square foot retail center which has undergone capital improvements, received additional entitlements for a wider range of uses, and secured a more stable tenant mix through aggressive leasing efforts. The final phase of this project will be completed by the end of 2022. Chad Commers has led this project since acquisition, and it serves as one example of our many investments.
