As an example, the building shown below is a 55,,000 square foot retail center which has undergone capital improvements, received additional entitlements for a wider range of uses, and secured a more stable tenant mix through aggressive leasing efforts. The final phase of this project will be completed by the end of 2022. Chad Commers has led this project since acquisition, and it serves as one example of our many investments.
